What is the minimum order?
All items require a 10-person minimum.
How much notice do you need?
We request at least 48 hours' notice. All items are subject to availability.
What is the delivery minimum?
$150 Monday–Friday, $300 Saturday, and $1,000 Sunday (before taxes and fees).
What are your delivery fees?
$25 Monday–Friday (7 AM – 4 PM)
$50 Monday–Friday (before 7 AM or after 4 PM)
$75 Saturday (7 AM – 4 PM)
$100 Sunday (7 AM – 4 PM)
Additional fees may apply for deliveries outside our standard area or off-hours.
When will my delivery arrive?
We aim to deliver no earlier than 1 hour before and no later than 15 minutes before your event start time.
What disposables are included?
Orders include wire racks, sternos, eco-friendly plates, cutlery, and serving pieces.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. All dates are subject to availability. Pricing is subject to change.
Do you accommodate halal or kosher meals?
Yes, with advance notice. We work with trusted partners and suppliers to meet specific dietary needs. Please contact us at least 7 business days in advance to discuss options.
